Providing our military personnel, veterans, and their families a comfortable place to rest while traveling through the Miami International Airport.

History

Military Hospitality Lounge

The facility was established in 1998, replacing a USO lounge that was a victim of budget cuts. Funded entirely by individual and corporate donations and staffed by an all-volunteer corps of hosts and hostesses, the  Military Hospitality Lounge needs your help to keep its worthwhile efforts going.

The facilities are provided thanks to the generosity of the Miami-Dade Aviation Department and the Miami-Dade County Commission. However, normal operating costs (such as food and beverages, supplies, equipment and related expenses) must be covered by outside sources.

The AFSC is a recognized 501C (65-093-4452) charity and 100% of your tax-deductible donation will go toward the operational expenses for the lounge.
